I made this for my husband on his birthday morning. It turned out really well! The fake Hollandaise is nice and tangy but feels a little lighter than regular Hollandaise.
Toast, sauteed mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes, smoked turkey browned in pan, 2 poached eggs and "fauxlandaise" sauce.
Faux Hollandaise:
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. dijon mustard
1 tsp. lemon juice or more if desired
mix together and drizzle on top!
