Representing the HAR-JEE Foundation, which is working for the rehabilitation of flood-affected areas and a drug-free Punjab, Col. Sandhu emphasized that with the right guidance, education, and skill development, Punjab’s youth can drive the state toward a brighter, self-reliant, and drug-free future.
