A huge shout out and gratitude of thank you to Aryn and @jennthegiant for helping improve the quality of my life. I can honestly say this has changed my life. Before starting to take this 3 weeks ago, every night (and I mean every night), I had to take an extra strength tylenol💊, advil💊 and/or aleve💊 and use essential oils🧴 on my knee 🦵or I would not be able to get to sleep or sleep through the night. You can ask my wife how my leg would twitch and she did not get any sleep either. Now, i don't take any of the drugs any more and I rarely even use the essential oils. And we both get a good night's sleep💤.
