The top one is meant to be a 1920 wedding, the bottom 1990.

Mistress likes them because they remind her of my collaring ceremony. I mentioned that She wasn't wearing a wedding dress, but She said that wasn't important; what She remembers is leading a naked, crawling me on the end of a leash and Mistress V presiding in Her priest costume.

She added that if I ever renew my vows, maybe She will wear a wedding dress for that ceremony; I'm pretty sure She was joking about that, though. It occurred to me that I've never seen Her wedding photos; I'm not sure if She wore a traditional dress then. I may ask if I can see them one day.

L of a Job

Hi guys,

"Goddess" N calling from Femdom Heaven! You can probably tell from my ironic tone that I'm not feeling very Goddess-like at present, but hey, anything to help my High Priest and Chief Eunuch, p, cope with staying chaste for me. Don't worry, I'll get in the zone eventually and then I'll be totally worship-ready.

What I actually wanted to tell you was that we've finally seen some evidence that my friend, L, has got her ample arse in gear and started actively working on her boyfriend Barry's collaring ceremony. Not that she seems to have done an awful lot, mind you.

She has gone through the words me and Priest P*sspot wrote for his collaring, made a couple of notes and sent them to me requesting further assistance!

She has basically only made a couple of changes: she has removed the references to the dominant having complete freedom to pursue whatever other relationships she wishes and do whatever she wants sexually. Well, that's up to her; even if she had that freedom, I'm sure she wouldn't use it. She's instinctively monogamous.

The problem is that she has also added a note saying that she wants to include some vows for her to make to Barry, but she says she's not sure what to add and can I help her.

Now our version did contain a couple of promises from me at the end, i.e. to give him my guidance and protection and cherish him "as my prized possession". If those are not sufficient for her, then she needs to decide what else she wants to include. I'm not a bl**dy mind-reader, am I?

I rang her and made this point and she said (whiny voice) "Well, I don't know"! I asked her how she expected me to know if she didn't and she didn't have an answer; then, after a pause, she asked me if p might have any ideas. I explained that p is not a f*cking mind-reader either.

Then it occured to me that what she was looking for was something more like a wedding ceremony, with a sort of mirroring of vows. p's ceremony wasn't like that; he was coming to me asking for a permanent collar and I was insisting on various commitments before I agreed. My "vows" were tacked on the end as a sort of gift.

I told her that there were other 'scripts' online that were more like that and suggested she have a look at them. She didn't seem too fond of that idea as it sounded too much like hard work and started asking me if I had any examples. I told her I'd get p to dig some out and send to her.

I can't see this ceremony happening anytime soon. Poor Barry!

Slave News on Sunday

While I'm waiting for the cleaning fairy, here's a quick newsflash about Barry's collaring ceremony.

L has agreed that he can have one, hopefully before Christmas or failing that, early next year; but she wants to have it at her home, she's only inviting me and p and she wants me to officiate!

I'm a bit surprised she wants it so low-key as she was the most into p's ceremony of all our guests (admittedly, there were only two others, my friend H and LJ, my sister). p says L's quite shy when it comes to the kinky stuff and she's more confident following my lead, which makes sense.

She says she's going to use p's ceremony as a starting-point and borrow some of our words, but make it simpler and less showy. I suggested that a more intimate affair gives her more scope to be adventurous, e.g. pegging Barry as I wanted to do p, but I don't think that appealed to her. Fine by me, it's her choice.

What does Barry think? Who cares, he's just a man...Seriously, I think he's just excited to be getting collared and happy for L to make all the decisions. In fact, if he wasn't, he'd probably be doing the wrong thing anyway. I'm sure she is discussing it all with him, that would be her style.

On other news, I'm minded to give p a little mild degradation later today; and recalling the pegging I never gave him during his collaring ceremony makes me wonder if today would be a good time to reintroduce him to "Big Suze".
