Just because name of a place of #abortion clinic get subsidies, doesn’t mean they’re getting them “for abortions”. Under the constitution, article 8, government is allowed to permit public funding for scientific research- not the most “libertarian” thing, but not the point either. Not all #plannedparenthood, #carafem, and other clinics with known “abortion names” provide abortions. Nor does cutting the funds for abortions, have any relation to research or OBYN services grants/subsidies. Nor frankly, do I care if abortion funding was eliminated nationally, I do mind though the intervention by government to stop such services, done voluntarily/charitably. Nor understand why most equate such facilities with “solely abortions”, aside from #collectivepandemonium, as social politics always plays on when it comes fear and restricting human action/the free market. If one abandons their principles for #fear & the attempt for their idealism to be universally understood, they will never get a society that is moral, understanding of such ideal, & free.
