Okay. Okay. Why is college so fucking difficult??? I haven't even gotten in yet wth

I cant do any of the mandatory tasks because they sent out the admission decision like- 3 days ago!

so I have two classmates who talk to me regularly and neither of them pay attention when our profs are talking about homework, they don't write anything down, and then message me afterwards asking what assignments we have as if the prof didn't talk about it at least twice in the class we were just in AND 90% of the time the info they want is also posted on blackboard. I'm dying how do I tell an 18 yo to get a pen and some paper and literally just pay the minimum amount of attention in class in a polite way

Am absolutely thrilled that I get to spend Halloween in class from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm, take two exams and, then go to a night lab.
