Sybil set her science books down on the mahogany desk in her dorm and clonked down onto her bed, dazed from all the work today had provided her with. She pulled out her phone and saw that Mary had called her tremendous amounts of times, heaven only knew why, considering Sybil had no idea. She was too exhausted to make any phone calls at the moment, she just lied down on her bed and looked up at the ceiling. Mariead was still down in culinary class, no doubt having a bloody awful time considering she kept texting Sybil, making her laugh at every text. Sybil loved being roommates with Mariead, considering they were both bestfriends, had classes together and were…well, a gay couple.
No one cared for it though, it was the 21st century, and the majority of the school knew they were together and actually found it quite cute. Still relieved that her classes were done, Sybil got up from her bed and began to open the blinds, letting the sun drape the room from darkness, releasing a lovely view of Oxfords courtyard. Sybil couldn’t wait till Mariead came up so she could just kiss her, it was always the highlight of her days.
