Decided I wanted a second Animated Thorntail adoptable, of my shrubbery dragon ColonelBlimp. He turned out so cute!
Possible hatchlings from Pimlico and ColonelBlimp. Their offspring should have more-or-less equal amounts of both parents' genetics (marble-mottle-blossom vs radio-signal-moss). Primary and secondary ranges of green, tertiary of blue.
NO LONGER VALID - Genetics changed
Clutch #1870 - MrsMiniver/ColonelBlimp
Mated On: 2019-08-22 # of eggs: 2 Hatched On: 2019-08-28
Progeny:
Hatchling 4925 (Bacchus) - Gaoler Male, Thicket Tapir/Spearmint Striation/Ice Blossom, Common - 1,000 gems on 2019-08-28
Hatchling 4926 (Grove) - Gaoler Female, Emerald Tapir/Peacock Striation/Amethyst Blossom, Uncommon - 175,000 on 2019-09-19
Comments: My first clutch of blossom gaoler! They should have hatched out yesterday, except I flubbed on incubating them the day before (though not, oddly enough, any of the other clutches, which means I hatched out two clutches today). So happy with how they turned out.
Clutch #4159 - Pimlico/ColonelBlimp

Hatchling 11067 - Thorntail Male, Jungle Marble/Shamrock Mottle/Caribbean Moss, Unusual
Hatching 11068 - Thorntail Male, Spearmint Radio/Shamrock Mottle/Stonewash Greenskeeper, Common
Comments: ...yeah changing Pimlico to greenskepper tert now that it's available for thorntail was an excellent decision. Also I like how glow-in-the-dark that second hatchling looks.
Possible hatchlings from Pimlico and ColonelBlimp. Their offspring should have roughly equal amounts of both parents' genetics - marble-mottle-greenskeeper and radio-signal-moss respectively. Primary and secondary ranges of greens, tertiary range of blues.

Comments: Still really glad I'd decided I wanted to regene these two to a new breed just before thorntails came out. I love that moss gene, and their offspring are fantastic.
(Still very much hoping the moss gene gets spread around to a few other ancient breeds.)
