1. Clean your hands thoroughly

2. Check the lens
Place the lens on the tip of your index finger and inspect the lens under sufficient light to ensure that the lens is clean and free of dents, cracks or particles on the surface. Check the front and back sides of the con to ensure that the lens is in the correct orientation. 3. Put on the lenses
Place the lens on the tip of your index finger, pull the lower eyelid apart with the middle finger of the same hand, and then pull up the upper eyelid with the other hand. Look up while placing the lens on the eyeball. After placing the lens, loosen the upper and lower eyelids and close the eyes for a while so that the lens can completely fit the eyeball. Repeat the above actions and put on contact lenses for the other eye.
