This is me trying to understand colors and what all Web Safe Colors are in the adobe products. Turns out that there is no such thing as Web Safe Colors in the 20th century.
But for those that are interested what adobe considers to be a Web Safe Color...
The formula is: H: x° ⬅ (the "x" must be divisible by 10)
B: 100% || S: 20% S: 40% S: 60% S: 80% S:100% B: 80% || S: 25% S: 50% S: 75% S: 100% B: 60% || S: 33% S: 67% S: 100% B: 40% || S: 50% S:100% B: 20% || S:100%
