Colossal media is a Brooklyn based company that does hand painted murals and ads. One of their boards is on 3rd at Harrison where they feature art by SF artists in ads.
This billboard is celebrating the opening of the new Chase Center Sports and Entertainment Arena, home of basketball team - Golden State Warriors located in Mission Bay. This art is a rendition of the building by Steve Thomas, a freelance illustrator, who we beleive might be @stevethomasart.
Adobe is a founding partner of the Chase Center who is presenting their art collection that includes 87 commissioned art, 250 archival photographs and nine wall graphics inside and outside. Several by artists we have shown. The art is being curated by SATA (Sports and the Arts). Adobe will continue to present their "Peaceful Warrior" community events.
