How The Colours You Wear Affect Emotions

The fact that colours have an influence on the mood is well known. Even without the science backing it up, you’ll still notice a change in emotions when you change the paint on your wall or the colour of your attire. Here’s a thing or two about different colours -

1) Yellow – Often perceived as the cheeriest of colours and it’s known to enhance concentration. 2) Red – Evokes strong emotions. Increases heat rate and breathing. 3) Blue – Promotes calmness and serenity. People who like blue tend to be more productive. 4) White – The colour of innocence can create a sense of space and simplicity. 5) Green – Represents balance, renewal and hope.  Although some say it invokes jealousy, don’t listen to them because green brings freshness and healing to the soul.

Now you can combine these colours and carry them around for a great mood. How? Make a loom bracelet or a sweat shirt with loom rubber bands ! That way, you can carry it around on you so that whenever something gets on your nerves, the colours will instantly turn it around.
