but then why wouldn’t you also measure pikachu’s entire ears if you’re measuring poliwag’s tail??

Well my jolly good friend, It would be because when i did this measure style only considered the parts in bipeds that could be considered part of their main spine/skull, So things like horns, antennae, hair and ears wouldn’t really count towards measuring.

The post refers how people measure height exclusively and don’t really think that the pokedex might be  pointing out the length of a pokemon instead.

The most representative example of this, is furret, and people thinking that it is measured from toes to tip of the ears in height, when it seems more evident that its measured from top of the nose to tip of the tail, as in length, so it’s much more smaller than people think it is.

“But why did you use poliwag?”, you ask confused. That’s because I consider poliwag more of a fish bodied pokemon, akin to the tadpole it is. And also, I’m Askpolitoed. I like to put poliwags in things.

Also I made this post long ago and I dread whenever it resurfaces. It reminds me of how I could have explained it better and using furret as the example. Live and learn I suppose.

I just started classes a month ago at a Christian private college and I got an app that's pretty much an anonymous twitter. What most people post on there is about sex or romantic attraction or other such things, although there is enough other stuff posted on the app that I don't want to get rid of it.
