Dinner for self~ When your day goes haywire and you fall sick, yet again, you crave for a hug. You want comfort in your own abode. You want to be pampered. You definitely don't want to throw tantrums on poor maids and break things. Well then eat something really nice. Whatever your soul craves for. Celebrate for it's yet another day of your life that you have survived. Who knows tomorrow may be worse than today. I am not a food writer or critic or blogger and I eat everything because I believe we got to respect food. I eat simple khichdi, curd and some veggies on most of the days. Eating alone is not easy, let me tell you. But I eat as you have to eat to survive...My principle is simple when it comes to cooking. I cook really simple, easy food - what I call as 'thug-style' cooking. Today on menu is a zero carb, high ketodiet.
