Getting acquainted !
every episode of heartland ever [ amber marshall as amy fleming ] || 3.17 - ring of fire (first aired: March 21, 2010)
Well, here’s the deal, Amy...I win another one of these, who gives a damn? But you win...now that’s news. Okay, but - Look, this is my first competition. I’ve barely even got one foot in the stirrup. Aren’t you that Miracle Girl? Everybody wants to see a miracle, and I know you can do it.
New abused skinny kid at the barn, he’s a good boy but has HORRIBLE feet, underweight, no muscle, and has been hit/hurt by people as well as gored by a cow under his chest. He’s very face shy with haltering and took me a bit to realise that I had to adjust the way I am used to putting on halters to accommodate him. But he’s very sweet, pretty vocal and curious about people and the other horses so I have hope 💕 (music overlay bc of some cussing and badmouthing his crappy previous owners lol my mom didn’t know I was recording)
Does someone want to just hire me to start colts?
I’m tired of college and it hasn’t even started back up again.
Wild Rags are handy training tools.
Would have been a fun picture were the post not in the way... This was me helping start a colt that the owner had let become pushy and rude. He was definitely trying to be the one running the show. But it was fun, and definitely a great learning experience! Thanks to one of my mentors, Caroling, for coaching me through it.
Hey! This is my first post :) Here’s a cute pic of my new filly, Bella.
