I thought this quote went with what we talked about in class today (3.6.2014). I believe people focus more on how they are going to reply or what is going through their mind instead of actually focusing on what the person is saying, or isn't saying. I fail to do this all of the time. I believe to be effective in your communication you must truly listen.
