علمت “ألجريدة” ان العقد الموقع بين إدارة مرفأ بيروت وشركة COMbilift الألمانية ينص على شحن ٤٩ مستوعباً الى الخارج لمعالجتها كونها تحوي مواد مصنفة قابلة للإشتعال، ولكن عند جمع المستوعبات وفرزها إرتفع العدد الى ٥٩ مستوعباً الأمر الذي وافقت عليه الشركة ومن دون أن تطالب برفع قيمة العقد المادية والمحددة بـ ٣،٦ مليون دولار تدفع الدولة اللبنانية منها مليوني دولار وما تبقى تتحمله الشركة الألمانية.
