Oops!! I sent a half typed ask!!🙈🙈 What was your thought process behind it? Was there any specific reason or you just picked her randomly? Please don't take this as criticism 🙈🙈 I just want to know why her! I always have such a hard time picking someone from the universe as a bad guy! Except if they are canonical villains! 😪 I end up creating a half-baked OC!

Not wanting a half-baked OC was the exact reason I chose Sharon. She’s kind of been developed, but not enough that we know she wouldn’t behave like this you know? I can play with her character a bit. I have no issues with Sharon at all in the MCU, but I love molding characters into different forms and playing with the characterizations.

I won't resent you if you feel like this is something you don't want to answer. I find it pretty awesome that you'd use your own experience to base your characters on. Has it become a sort of therapy for you?

I’m always open to talk about these experiences with people. It really has been like therapy. Especially because I never went to therapy for the things I went through so there was a long period of self-discovery once everything was said and done.

That’s not to say I don’t believe in therapy. God no. Please see someone if you ever need to talk about it. My example is not one I recommend because that road was long and bumpy and scary most of the time. I essentially had to refigure out who I was after being told I was somebody else for so long.

Writing characters based off my experiences comes naturally to me and it’s kind of a niche I’ve found. But I usually try to give them some empowering moments as well because I had some empowering moments even when I was struggling to find myself again.

I’m never not down to talk about what I’ve experienced at all, especially if it’ll help someone or give them some perspective if they’re going through some shit as well!

Umm.. I have a question!! How did you pick Sharon as a bad guy for the story??

I was hoping someone would ask this!

I chose Sharon because I didn’t really want to create an OC as Bucky’s girlfriend. And everyone pairs up Bucky and Nat for these things, and while that would’ve worked, I doubt Natasha would ever feel so insecure about her relationship that she would behave the way Sharon has. I love Wanda too much to do this to her also, so the logical choice was Sharon.

Sharon, we haven’t gotten to know really in the MCU and pairing Bucky/Sharon was my shot at a different kinda pairing that so far seems to be succeeding, for all intents and purposes!
