I am actually so annoyed right now. Carol is supposedly an amazing film, Cate Blanchett and Rooney Mara (as well as others involved) apparently give a flawless performance. Yet I wouldn't know because most cinemas aren't even showing it?! What's up with that?!!! And of those that are, they're playing it at stupid times, once a day, when people are in working hours. This is ridiculous. I'm really annoyed because there is so much potential for this to be the beginning of lesbian media being properly represented and supported; yet the cinemas are side lining the film and making it difficult for people to watch it.
