He had completely forgotten about the fact that he had a phone. Just a regular phone for the most part, save for the fact that it had been taken apart, upgraded, and pieced back together at least 965 times. The fact it was now beeping on the console? 

Curious, ever so curious... 

One hand blindly scrabbled for the little thing while the other was currently occupied with punching in a few notes. A quick scan, a frown.

The Doctor frowns. "Well....we are married," She chuckles softly. "So there's that. And I truly love and care about you. Do you doubt it?" The Doctor hopes not. But if so, she would be happy to prove it to River. Of course. She wants River to feel loved and appreciated.

there will be enough danger in your life without you seeking it out. - to Sebastian from Ominis.

They had been arguing a lot lately, Sebastian and Ominis. Everyone knew the story about Sebastian’s little sister Anne and about the curse that had been put upon her, but only a select few knew the lengths that Sebastian would go to take the curse from Anne and only one knew the depravities he had done. 

“I do not seek out danger, I seek out answers Ominis. There’s a big difference.” Sebastian sighed, reaching up and running his hands exhaustingly over his face, annoyed and exasperated all in one. 

“I don’t know how many times I have to tell you, I won’t stop. Not until she’s cured, Ominis.” And of course, he wouldn't stop, he meant what he said and everyone knew it.

“If you have to question then I guess that means I didn’t do a good enough of a job.” A laugh from somewhere around one of the multitudes of wall panels. A bit of a convenience, though unfortunate that the calculations when it came to navigating the time stream always had to be monitored. 

Well, at least this wasn’t the weirdest thing he had ever done in his skivvies. 

“Always gotta keep an eye on the destination, unfortunately. Have to hand it to her, she’s about to reach the big 1500 so drifting close enough to nearly hit Paris circa 1750 is understandable.” One tap closed the panel and he turned back on his heels, the Doctor giving a cheeky grin. “But yes, it was real. Quite a few times, in fact, I’m surprised you were able to keep up.” 

It was hard to help the bit of cheek as he moved back to the bed, snatching a cup on the nightstand. The contents of it were less water and more a fruit mixture, though at this point the Doctor couldn’t really remember where from specifically. Probably something from Solos’s cold season if he had to guess. 

“You should drink up then. Don’t worry, it tastes just like cherries.”

belle had always been a believer in second chances. sometimes things didn't immediately turn around and end up in a better state, sure. but the real point of it was the effort put in. this time felt different with rumple and to have declared her love for him just then had been a battle. she had never wanted to give up on him. so in that moment she felt like it had been right to admit it out loud.

belle felt thankful the shop was closed because somebody barging in on this moment made her want to go crazy. so she walked back over to the main counter to be closer to rumple. "i believe you and believe in you too," she reached her hands out to grab his, squeezing them. "this can be the start of something good, something better for the both of us."

                                THE ADVANTAGE (OR MAYBE THE DISADVANTAGE) of being an angel in a psychiatric hospital is that when all the patients are asleep, Castiel can roam the facility freely because locked doors are no obstacle to a being with wings. Right now, he's exploring the kitchen: touching the surfaces, licking at some produce to check their molecules, bending spoons and forks out of shape just because it's funny. He stacks glasses on top of each other on the stove when he realizes he should bring Meg a gift. Has Meg been to the kitchen before? Unclear. But she probably likes a snack; she always chews her gum, so putting something else into her mouth might be nice. 

                                 Castiel takes exactly 17.3 minutes to decide on the perfect gift, but once he has it, he wastes no time using his wings and transporting himself right behind her. "Meg," he says warmly, "I got something for you." And he offers her a jar of mustard.
