Thoughts on privacy? (Are they a private person, or are they prone to ‘TMI’?)

Brian is in the middle between TMI and keeping to himself. On one hand, he sometimes spills some unpleasant details about what happened during Marble Hornets to people he’s just met. Forget waiting until he knows them better, just tell them he’s dead first thing. On the other hand, he’s not too open to those who prod for details if he doesn’t like them. Friends are one story, suspicious people or strangers are another. He can definitely be pretty self-contained at times, but usually maintains a happy medium.

What activities do they enjoy, but consider to be a waste of time?

Nothing other than lazing around on his couch watching TV. Everything else he does is either not something he particularly enjoys or happens to have some positive outcome in the end. For example, he loves walking his dogs when he feels up to it, and by doing this both him and the dogs get exercise.

What makes them feel guilty?

I’ve gotta be honest, even though Brian’s been through just as much shit as the rest of the MH characters, he’s still a pretty sensitive guy. What he did during the five years he went missing in the woods is and probably always will be a sore topic for him. He never truly wanted to hurt anyone, he just lost control at the wrong time. The point is that he’s vulnerable to people blaming him for this. All someone has to do is remind him of it and he’ll have an almost automatic mood shift.

He also hates letting people down. If he doesn’t meet the needs of someone who’s depending on him for something, he always ends up feeling really bad about it later, no matter how unimportant it is.

1. What inspired you to make/pick up this character? If I’m going to be honest, I made this blog because I was talking to hishubris one day about a gilodin au... and that was what inspired me to make this.... We still haven’t even done the thing yet but.....

4. Whats your favorite thing about your muse? I want to say everything but that’s cheating tbh. I alSO WANT TO SAY HIS NECK. but really?? i think it’s his potentional. out of the hosts we kind of know the most about him (besides ava, although you could argue we even know more about him than our beautiful lava bun protag) and! we can see how there are so many paths he can go down and he’s such an interesting character and i CANT WAIT TO SEE HOW THINGS PLAY OUT W/ HIM AND WHAT ROADS HE TRAVELS A ND F UC K

5. What’s one thing you wish you could change about them? I wish I could say nothing. Or that I would change how he acts towards people when he’s hostile, but I actually really like everything about his personality and how he reacts to confrontation and how he tries to abide the ruless and how iM FUCKING RAMBLING IM SORRY. i wish i could say that i want him to be a bit more skeptical but this lil gay doesnt have much to be skeptical abt rn ?? What I do wish I could change about him is him showing his sin a lot more. we have ava being a pissed off lil monkey bread, odin being a narccisitic dick nozzle, and maggie going riGHT at it for love. But have we really seen gil being jealous ? of anything? not really.

✔: What did your muse want to be when they were a child? Did they go on to do this and if so, was it everything that they hoped it would be? Or has this desire changed since, and why?

Isako always had a fascination with biology && psychology. So, she would often be interested in reading about what made humans / animals tick in general. However, she was also pushed toward the direction of being a doctor by her parents, who wanted to have a child that was successful. She did succeed in this, as she works for Arkham Asylum now. However, the way in which she went about accomplishing such was not how her parents would have envisioned it.

✚: What is the most frightening potential handicap or disfigurement your muse can conceive? What makes it so frightening?

Not so much a physical attribute that would cripple her to that extent. There is always a way to overcome certain situations, but the idea of taking Jonathan away from her would cripple her immensely. The fear isn’t so much with being alone, but with having no one there that she can relate to. Jonathan is her only family. Others that are connected to him are there, but don’t have the same level of trust from her as he does. Taking him away means breaking her enough to be able to kill her without a fight.
