The tail is definitely cybernetic, the ears are heavily modded flesh and tissue.
Within the duoverse he has duotars with multiple fur lengths, but his irl fur is synthetic so he is stuck as a shorthair in meatspace. He originally got his hands replaced after he developed early and severe carpal tunnel and tendonitis from his physical art [do your stretches!!]
Some of his close friends are aware of his next duotar project: a big tiddy goth gf duotar version of himself so that he can don whatever duotar bbest fits the situation for his genderfuck self.
Eli’s body mods are pretty extensive and expensive as a result, but he has slowly and patiently worked on himself over the years. He pays his bills with high-level paperwork jobs and odd repair work. He is especially good at climbing sheer walls, his claws finding the tiniest purchase in the concrete. He updates his body mods whenever he has a good bit of money saved up-his legs are next on the list of bits to make furry.
His collar has the throa2 tech that allows folks to breathe easier in the polluted atmosphere of the Republic-the light stripes are the vent covers. He has fun whenever it gets particularly cold out, breathing in deeply just to breathe out clouds of steam that shroud his whole head.
