Okay, so, deepest apologies for not getting a full review up sooner, I’ve been busy and distracted, but my preliminary content warning for the most recent issue is that there’s a ghost that looks a bit gruesome (though not bloody). I don’t remember anything worse, but I’ll be sure to update with a more in-depth content warning.
Umbrella Academy: Hotel Oblivion #4 Content Warnings
General comic warnings.
Addiction: Klaus is graphically shown shooting up and OD-ing.
Violence: Some gore shots including one involving an eye.
Adoptive sibling incest: There’s canon confirmation this issue that Luther loves Allison and Diego loves Vanya.
Suicide: The dead body of a suicide victim is shown, wrist wounds and all.

Harm to animals: Dr. Terminal absorbs a bunch of animals at a zoo--while they’re not seen injured, they are seen starting to be absorbed into his suit.
Other: Some scenes are set in a hospital. An infant is in danger throughout one of the issue’s subplots (never harmed and probably not at risk of being so, but still). Brief apocalyptic imagery at the end of the issue. Also, Dr. Terminal is still around, unfortunately.

Other: Related to last issue’s warnings, Allison asks Five to spy on that person from her past she used her powers on, which is creepy when last time this person made it very clear they didn’t want her around.

Addiction: This issue is the start of Klaus’s Life Is A Nightmare: The Subplot. His addiction has driven him to doing seances for a satanic biker gang to get his fix, a life that involves sex with people while channeling their dead loved ones (which is shown in the partial-nudity-and-makeouts phase for one page). It’s as realistic a depiction of things as you can get with the satanic bikers.
Noncon: It’s revealed that Allison compelled someone in her past (not Luther) to love her with her powers.
