So I have not been getting into the gym, not really since before Comic-Con. Weird depression shit hit and I just kept making excuses. I was down the lowest I have been in almost 10 years. It was rough, I went to Comic-Con intent on meeting people who helped make #ComicConfit a huge part of my life. Instead I spent the time feeling moppy and wanting to avoid people. Since then I have gained a lot of the weight back, loss most of the gains, and went back to binge eating. So now I have been slowly trying to get back I to it. Starting with IF, Bike riding and going up Cathy. Today I start back with StrongLifts since they did so well for me in the past. I have many inspirations in doing this .
