I love all of you, no matter who you love or how you identify. you are valid! ✨❤️ I hope this post might have helped you. maybe consider sending this to a friend who might need this. 🏳️🌈 . feel free to share your story or tips for coming out in the comments. I would love to read them 🥰 . here are some tips for coming out I found to be useful: 0. you don’t have to come out. you’re not any less queer if you don’t feel the need to let the world know. ❤️ 1. you don’t need permission from anyone! you are valid! 🧡 2. be in a safe environment and make sure to have some safety options on hand (like a good friend where you can stay a short while). and it’s good to have a plan on how to leave the situation 💛 3. be prepared for questions. You don’t have to answer them, but it might help your close ones to understand. 💚 4. you don’t have to come out in a direct conversation. A call, a recorded video or a letter works as well 💙 5. sometimes it helps if you are telling how you felt in the past. when and how did you discovered your identity? were there any problems? 💜 6. you can also talk about how you imagine a happy future for yourself 7. stay calm, even when the situation escalates. I know it’s hard, but it is helpful ✨
and you will find in the internet a lot of articles about this topic, which cover it in deeper depth. 🏳️🌈 . . .
