I recall a lineup of forms for Shifter having 1-5 souls in him, do you have any ideas for how Pointy would work?
1-7, actually. And I do!
I haven’t figured out Pointy’s 2-5 souls yet, but once I do I want to give him a similar lineup. For now, I only have his 1, 6 and 7 soul forms.
The overall concept of Pointy’s soul forms is that he wouldn’t normally absorb a soul, so if he does it’s because he has to, most likely because the soul is hostile and would hurt people. As a result, he tries to suppress the souls’ powers and not let them act, causing him to split at the seams.
1 soul:
Rougher around the edges (spiky stem) and his petal wounds starting to split open. His locket isn’t actually attached to its chain. Always kinda stressed and has lines under his eyes.
6 soul(Zeta):
This guy! Pain™️.
7 soul (Creation):
Given enough power to easily control his souls, and given the ability to do whatever he likes, Pointy’s 7-soul is the opposite of Shifter’s 7 soul form. Just like Shifter, it isn’t that visually different from his no-soul form. This is because while Shifter uses the powers to change his own appearance, Pointy uses them to change his surroundings. To recreate things the way he himself sees them and how he wants them to be.
Which, if you know how he sees things, is not a good thing.
Due to an RP I also have some soul designs for yan!Pointy, but he has a wholly separate motif so his designs can’t be used.
