Commander Devan Estrode
Commander Estrode is the Betazoid first officer of the Hyperion! His specialty is diplomacy and his Betazoid abilities heavily assist in that process. He is able to read crew tensions very well which becomes exhausting very quickly due to the trauma of the crew. He often sees it as his responsibility to calm the crew when it really isn’t. He is a very gentle guy who is usually calm and measured. He tries to act composed even if he isn’t. He is excellent at de-escalating situations and is very casually charming, but sometimes people find him slightly intimidating
