So I just realized something that puts the whole Tiff x Comander V / Princess Rona thing in a weird light- (I don't hate anyone who makes this ship unless they're well aware of the age difference that isn't exactly clear at first.)
So Dedede wanted to marry Princess Rona (which will refer to both the real and fake so it doesn't get confusing). He would not want to marry a child. Keep in mind that Tiff is around ten and if Rona was her age, Dedede would absolutely not hit on her.
Now that's not all, because Rona mentioned that she had to leave to go become queen soon or something like that, and I'm not sure, but I'm fairly certain that means she's a young adult at the very least.
Now I get the whole 'Tiff appears to crush on her' (which I chose to ignore because I don't ship lol), but that's not exactly something that doesn't happen IRL. Some kids apparently develop crushes on older teachers, celebrates, etc. Now obviously THAT DOES NOT MAKE IT OKAY FOR THE ADULT TO RETURN THE FEELINGS!!
Anyways, my point with that is even if Tiff did like/have a crush on her, that doesn't mean it would be okay for them to be in a relationship.
Rona is much older than most people seem to think, which is easy to overlook since she only appears in one episode, and her age is never outright stated, but now that I've realized this, I'm never gonna unrealized this and now this ship will make me eternally uncomfortable regardless of how people intend it! Yay! :D
TLDR; Rona is probably older than people think, Tiff is a child, Dedede would not want to marry a kid her age. That overall means there's an age gap that will forever make me uncomfortable.
