Let me introduce you... "Commandant"!

"Commandant", "Curfew" or just Comman. He is absolutly blind, but he hears very well.

(Maybe, he mutated, because he used to look like an ordinary skeleton)

He is very agressive and dangerous for people and monsters, who meet him. And, even despite the mutation, he has not gone completely crazy, so, in part, he is still sane (I guess...)!

He is also too cunning and uses his normal form to lure the victim closer to him.
