Stiles, crosslegged on the floor, flips open a battered DVD anthology. "No can do, Dad. I did not spend all these dollars collecting the latest and greatest of America’s favorite police procedural to be put off by a few minor factual inaccuracies.”“Your grandparents gave you those for Christmas.”“That’s why I said I did not spend all these dollars on them, Dad.” - This is such a good portrayal of the Stilinskis and their characters. It felt exactly like an exchange in the show.

What I liked the best was how very comfortable and genuine Allison and Stiles are with one another. There is no awkward pining or some barrier. Even Stiles's occasional semi-flirting is not portrayed as Stiles trying to steal Scott's girlfriend or anything. I enjoyed it!

Stiles might be a little bit biased about her abilities, but he loves her, so it’s understandable =P  She’ll pop up again in my fic eventually; she features in another project I’ve had sitting in my drafts for ages…….which I should…..probably finish…..at some point.
