a vent :( my death anxiety is getting really bad and im starting to loose ways to help cope. i cannot go to my friend anymore, ive bothered her enough. this all happened after i saw my grandfather pass right in front of my eyes. its ruining my way of life, i cannot go through a single day without thinking about what death will be like, what it’ll feel like, cremation or burial, all the normal things a teenager shouldnt be thinking about. sorry this is long.

I am sorry that you are struggling.  I am very sorry for your loss.  Do you have someone you can talk to about seeing your grandpa pass?
