Alright, here are my commission terms, easily and clearly listed!

COMMISSIONS~!

Commission Status: OPEN

I don't really feel like making a proper Commission sheet/list one of these days I will but for now enjoy this long terms and conditions list/info~!!

*PLEASE READ ALL MY RULES/GUIDELINES BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER*

5 slots available at a time there will be a wait list however. I will also go in order of who ordered first.

Days I work on Commissions: All week depending on the day roughly from 2-10PT (I don't work on weekends however, and the time means that I will work on your commission around those hours, it doesn't mean I will work continuously throughout those hours.)

Payment needs to be sent first before I start your order. And I don't accept partial payment, you MUST pay in full. I can do holds but only up to 2 weeks, if you need more time then you have to notify me before the 2 weeks are up. You HAVE to tell me how much more of an extention you need before I can accept it. At the moment I do only accept payment through PayPal. You have to be 18 or older or at least have permission to buy a commission from me.

You are not allowed for whatever reason to remove my watermark and/or signiture, claim, edit or put anywhere other then DeviantArt, Tumblr, Instagram. Pinterest and Toyhouse. I go by 'RinaDove' on all these platforms except for Tumblr and Pinterest. I go by 'RinaDoveDragons' for those two. I do ask that you do not repost the art piece but instead share the original post.

I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason. I do not do refunds once a commission is started. If I cannot complete your commission, I will message you and refund you (full refund if the commission has not been started, half refund if I have sent in the first WIP), but you cannot request a refund otherwise for any reason. So please only commission me if you are fully dedicated to the commission payment process.

I will do up to 2 re-do commissions if you are unhappy with the final result of your commission However, I do expect you to alert me to anything you are wanting to be changed or fixed during the WIP stage as I will be constantly updating you on your commission in order to avoid this. After 2 re-do commissions, I will no longer take re-do's on your commission to avoid being taken advantage of.

The Wait List is for those waiting in line to get their turn for a Commission Request. This list is not a full dedication to your commission as you will not have paid yet, so you are free to cancel your commission if you are on this list. When it is your turn, you will be DMed for your commission info. If you are on the Wait List, please make sure that you have the funds readily available.

You need to have a Reference Sheet before placing an order. This goes for characters, backgrounds and poses. If you don't have References for backgrounds or poses that's fine just try your best to describe what you want so your order is correct and how you wanted everything to look like. :)

I can do more then one character in an order for any option listed near the end

If something is wrong be bruetally honest with me, I want your order to be like how you pictured it~

What I will do:

Humans, Animals, Creatures/monsters, Furries/Anthro (but only certain types)

Any fandoms (Movies, TV Shows, Games, Books ect)

Minor gore, like cuts and bruises

Accessories of any kind

Won't do:

characters with no visible design/Reference Sheet

Complex stuff (eletronics and vehicles sort of stuff)

Hate art (for a fandom or person fictional or not)

Fetishes or kinks

Canon x Canon characters (fan shipped)

NSFW

Complex backgrounds (I don't do backgrounds that often but I will still do a background if you request one)

OPTIONS:

Normal Style (Flats or Detailed. Headshot, Bustshot, Halfbody and Fullbody)

Chibi Style

Noodle Art

Avatars (Only Halfbody)

Custom Character (On a base or Illustrated. Add ons: Headshot, Bustshot and/or Top View)

Normal Style:

Flats:

Headshot and Bustshot: $5

Halfbody: $10

Fullbody: $15

For Detailed: +$5 the flat option price of any. (Detailed includes shading and highlights)

Background: $20 (Background can be for Flats or Detailed)

Examples of what the headshot,bustshot and halfbody might look like (the fullbody would be in a different style):

Chibi Art:

$10 +$5 for extra characters

(Chibis only come in a transparent background)

$5 +$1 for extra characters

(Noodles come in a very simple background. Can be solid colored or simple design)

Avatars:

$15 +$10for extra characters

Illustrated: $20 +$5 for each add on

(Background will be a simply pattern or solid color)

On Base: $10 (I would not own the base, I will find an artist that has a base of whatever you ask for and use that)

(Background will be a solid grey)

Customs on base will not be posted publically unless you give me permission to publish publically)

Terms of Service (For commissions)

I’m about to start doing commissions :D and I thought on making clear some points before anything n.n

If you are interested in purchasing any work from me in the future, please read the text under the cut. Thank you!

By purchasing a commission from me (the artist, CoryFirelion) you agree to be purchasing my services only. If you have a problem with any of the below conditions, they may be changed if discussed with me prior to paying for your commissioned piece.

Please read the terms carefully:

I, CoryFirelion (the artist):

I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.

I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.

I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.

I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.

You (the customer/commissioner):

You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.

You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.)

You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.

You MAY be allowed to sell the artwork if it is a part of an Adoptable. Please discuss this with me prior to paying for the artwork.

You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).

You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes. The license to the commissioned artwork may be purchased at any point - contact me for info.

PAYMENT

Currency accepted is USD and will be paid through PayPal

Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.

Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.

ABOUT THE TAROT CARDS

The price starts at 50$, 1 OC, waist up or 3/4. For full body, the price goes to 60$. The complexity of the design will add from 5$ to 15$, and if the OC has any weapon and/or armor, it will be added 5$ each.

PROCESS AND DELIVERY

I will notify you when I have started on your commission.

While I'm working on your commission I will make reviews with you to make sure I make it just right for you!

The amount of reviews depends on the complexity of the work.

During the reviews, you will see work-in-progress and these images will usually include a watermark and be smaller than the finished piece.

The time it takes to finish your commission varies 1 week - 2 weeks depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece and other work.

If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know asap.

Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image. Note that there is no physical product.

REVISIONS

You get 3 rounds of changes on the commissioned piece included in the price.

A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.

If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make and is usually based on an hourly wage.

If your reference is unclear to start with changes will come at an extra charge.

My commission terms of service

I. General Terms

I reserve the right to withdraw my services if you do any of the following:

If you are rude, threatening or inappropriate to me during the process of working with you or the time after.

Maliciously withhold payment.

Try to force me to draw anything i am uncomfortable with.

I will not provide services to anyone involved in NFT/cryptoart circles under any circumstances.

This is a digital purchase with no physical product. The product will not be mailed to you. It will be sent via email.

Artwork will be finished in a time of 1-2 weeks after you give me the front payment, if you need in by a specific deadline or earlier we can discuss it and work something out.

WILL DO:

Real people (you, your friends, mcyts, etc)

Anthro, Furry, animals, pets

OCs/Fan Characters

Sonic characters/Ponies

Light g0re/NS4W

Comic pages (black and white)

Art from fanfic (yours, someone elses)

Fandoms im not in

WILL NOT DO:

This can be discussed depending on the case

Can be bribed to do:

Full colored comic pages

Draw any kind of machinery (cyborgs?? cars?? the eva robots???)

Realism

II. Copyright

As the artist/producer, I hold every right to the finished product and all of the stages of progress beforehand. I am allowed to use it in promotions and publish/post them wherever I want/need to.

As the client, the product is for personal, non-commercial use only.

You are allowed to physically print products from me for personal use, but can only republish it on social media if i am visibly credited. You may NOT resell the image to third parties.

The final product you receive for personal use will have minimal watermarking, however the versions you may republish will be watermarked more heavily.

As the client/commissioner, you DO NOT have the right to mint/sell any commissions you receive from me for NFTs/cryptoart. Violation of this will result in your permanent blacklisting, as well as your username being posted to warn other artists about you

III. Payment

Payment is only accepted via PayPal. Payment will be made in full upfront before i start the piece.

The prices stated in the commission post are estimates depending on how simple/complicated is what you are asking for.

I DO NOT ACCEPT PAYMENT IN THE FORM OF CRYPTOCURRENCIES OF ANY KIND.

IV. Refunds & Cancellation

I will not accept refunds after the product is fully completed and sent.

If you cancel suddenly, you still have to pay me for whatever work was already finished.

If I am unable to provide or finish the product for any reason, I will provide a refund.

V. Changes and Workflow

During the initial sketch i will work closely with you to get a good idea of the picture. After you give me the go ahead and i start working of the piece you get chances to change things as i go during production (Lines, Color, etc) free of charge.

Any mayor changes like pose, composition or anything i cant easily fix with a color slider when i am already deep in production will be charged extra accordingly.
