This term has always given me anxiety to tell you the truth. But as I read through this quote, I feel comforted & quite exhilarated by this definition/meaning. Its always been a battle of mine... Letting it happen vs making it happen... Go with the flow vs intentionally steering the ship (sometimes unknowingly against the current). This gives me hope, and a wider & deeper understanding.
