I found these two strapping male Impalas as they were having a SERIOUS battle with each other on the H3 in Kruger National Park. "Ooooooh we can get some action shots here...." And JUUUUUUST as we took our cameras out to photograph them, they stopped...lifted their heads and looked at us... We waited.... For 35 minutes for them to fight again.... And instead we had a staring contest with two Impalas... We just laughed and shook our heads and took some photos regardless, which turned out to be pretty cool as well. Sometimes (most of the time actually) nature does not comply with our wishes or thoughts. And that's perfectly fine with me :) as it adds to the great mystery of what we're going to find around the next bend!! P.S. They immediately started fighting as we left again 😂 The guy on the left won and chased the one on the right quite a distance... His prize? Roughly 75 female impalas... So is it really winning? 🤣🤣😂
