But during that time he also tried really hard to get Victoria with other royals 💀💀 He failed and the Crown Princess couple are still together.

On the other hand king Harald of Norway was prevented from marrying his long time commoner girlfriend by his father when he was the crown prince and he gave his dad an ultimatum: he either got permission to marry the love of his life or he wouldn't marry at all and thus would end the Norwegian monarchy as he was the only heir. He's now very old but still married and it's one of the only royals with no cheating scandals 💀
