The ghostly creature had stopped appearing for such a long time. Why would she return now. Especially after she had managed to press down her powers like that?

“No, no. I can’t take your advice. You lead to trouble. I am sorry.”

Nightmare accused her sister angrily, putting an accusing hoof on the taller Alicorn's chest, looking up at her with all but pure rage in her eyes.

Celestia narrowed eyes at her sister. Or what used to be her sister. This beastly creature was one who would beat down an ancient sycamore tree to splinters and then curse and spit on the splinters for no longer standing tall. This...foal was not Luna. But the twisted nightmare, the shell Luna had made for herself. Almost out of spite Celestia did not deny the accusation. Even so, it was true. Even if she was not angry she would not have not denied.

Celestia got tired of this sometimes. It was a constant struggle with Luna fighting her D.I.D. and mental illness and then there was Emma, who did not even try to fight her issues in Celestia’s mind. The little sister who may not have messed up on the grander scale of Luna’s Nightmare Moon mistake, but who each day made life difficult for the the other two sisters by being a disgrace.
