Circut board nails...does not compute but computer says yaaassssss!! The new Winstonia 300 stamping plate collection is RAD! I used OPI - Jade is the new black as the base, sponged on a tiny bit of CG - Running in circles for a bit of sparkle then stamped the design with MDU Neon Green and finished with a matte topcoat.
