So this year I've decided to knit a sky scarf, knitting a row a day in the colour of that day's sky. This is January so far, mostly dull grey, some cloudy or variable days (the white) and today, the first blue sky! Enjoying seeing this progress as it grows :)

Finally finished my sky scarf of the sky in the UK during 2012. The tags at the side show the end of each month with the beginning of the year on the right side. Just got to think of a nice way to finish off the edges now. This great idea comes from Leafcutter designs (http://www.leafcutterdesigns.com/projects/sky-scarf.html).

Another re-visit of a post I made over the summer.  Lea Redmond from Leafcutter Designs is getting a lot of attention this week with her Sky Scarf.  It's a great little knit resolution you can start today.  Simply look your window and knit one row in the color of the sky that day.
