These are vegetarian breakfast sausage links by MorningStar Farms. I actually first tried these a couple of years ago when I wasn’t a pescatarian and hadn't even considered vegetarianism. They aren’t really greasy at all and taste great actually. After I had one link I was in love and wanted to keep eating them. I think they were seasoned properly and weren't really bland. I got these at Walmart.

Environmental Vegan
They are vegans who believe in being vegan because animal production is useless and isn't helping our environment. It's actually destroying our environment. One of their main concerns is pollution which animal production contributes to a lot of it. Global warming is affected. Conserving water is a concern as well as many more.
Dietary Vegan (strict vegetarian diet)
Refrain from consuming animal products. So they don’t eat meat. They do not eat eggs either, nor do they consume dairy products. They stay away from foods that come from an animal in anyway. For example they don’t eat honey , nor do they eat gelatin .
Veganism has sub categories too??
This might seem as a shocking point but there's many reasons why a person decides to go vegan and therefore there are sub categories made of veganism. For example some do it for ethical , dietary , or environmental reasons.
Flexitarian!!
A flexitarian is a person who mostly eats a vegetarian diet but eats meat or fish on occasion . There are many types of flexitarian as well!
Flexitarian??
There have been many occasions where I witness in movies/TV shows or in real life where someone says that they are vegetarian and someone always replies with "but you can eat chicken right??" . I never knew how annoying it is actually to get questions like that until I had experienced it myself, ironically as a flexitarian.
Ovo-Lacto Vegetarian
An Ovo-Lacto vegetarian can consume both eggs and milk products. They are the most common/assumed vegetarian in America. Once someone hears that a person is vegetarian, they assume that that person eats eggs and milk products.
