Same spot, same routine. Practice and work. That’s how many people doing right now. They’re working so hard and someday it becomes monotonous to us that we don’t realize it. For me I’v been working/practicing every single day and I become mad after 3 hours of practice and still I have 3 hours in front of me without a break. The last days I tried to take an hour break (3-1-3) and suddenly it felt much better and. So take a breath and go out for an hour or two!

do you have any advice fo studying with adhd? i have a really hard time concentrating but i dont want to take pills daily to keep my attention idk haha
Hi babe! I’ve never officially been diagnosed with adhd but my attention is all over the place, so hopefully I can help! Things that help me concentrate:
Take notes if you’re reading. Like a lot of notes. If I’m just sitting there reading a textbook all of the sudden two hours will have gone by and I’ll be staring at something out the window. Writing things down helps me to make sure I’m engaging in the material and actually making progress through the page, not just reading the same sentence over and over.
If I’m doing some mindless work, I’ll put a show on in the background that I’ve seen a bunch of times. I read something about how your brain needs a certain amount of stimulus to concentrate, so when the task doesn’t take much concentration to complete your brain has a hard time focusing on it, so listening to a show (not one you’ll get into, though) will help you concentrate. It helps me a ton.
Put a timer on your phone (I do 25 minutes at a time) so that whenever I pick up my phone to check twitter without even thinking, I’ll see the timer and it will remind me that in x number of minutes I can check my phone, but right now I’m supposed to be working.
Know when you’ve been working/trying to work for too long. You can only stare at a blank word document for so long, so know when it’s time to accept that it’s just not happening and take a break so you don’t get burnt out.
Remove common distractions from your workspace -- put your phone in another room, install a site blocker, move to a space without a lot of people (or, if you’re like me a space with a lot of people will guilt you into actually working instead of watching cat videos)
Remove physical distractions as well -- dress comfortably, set out water and a snack, and go to the bathroom before you get to work so you don’t have to get up to do those things later.
Give yourself plenty of breaks, but set timers and don’t start anything (like a long tv show) that will make them last longer than they should.
If anyone has any tips they’d like to add, feel free to!
While both involve confining people against their will, a significant distinction exists between detention centers and concentration camp

Enlightenment on the Path: Embarking on the Metaphorical Thousand-Mile Journey
In the steel silence of the night, as we sit under the cloak of starry stillness, we reflect on the meaning of the words: “And the journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.” In this universe of symbols and deep philosophy, this sentence becomes our mantra, our torch, our map through the labyrinth of our understanding. The step, so simple, so fundamental, yet often underestimated in…

How to achieve 'flow state'? Part-1
How to achieve ‘flow state’? Part-1
You must have heard about this strange otherworldly state where the creator is attuned completely with the universe, almost like an alchemist. Scientists, musicians, composers, painters and artists have all tapped into this state to produce their best creations and works. This ladies and gentlemen, is called the ‘flow state’. It’s a state very similar to how you are under the effect of…
