A ‘maybe in a distant future’ scenario for my "'Til Death Do Us Part” Concubine!Au. If you’re following it, you probably know Link is terrified of water and I wanted to doodle something fluff with him and Sidon after the last few chapters.The prince is doing a good job in helping the Hylian now that, after almost a year being guided by him, Link is the one in need of support... right?
I decided to draw Concubine!Link’s (possible) prosthetic leg with permission from the lovely @hylianfury -go check out their account and their story “Till death do us part (and that moment can’t come soon enough)”, which this was inspired on!!
This was the concept/base sketch I did to plan it out better.
This was the final outcome (I never said that I was any good at drawing human legs/anatomy), click on the image and zoom in better to see the details clearer.
@yamitamiko all my most relevant Links at the moment. Birdie, our sick concubine boy, Zora boy, Engineer and the Little Link... and Sunstone. one of those things is not like the others, though.
Concubine!Link and FoC!Link having a tea together. A weird day so just have two men casually talking about Sidon. Poor strategist has no idea someday he’ll also fall for the big red kid.

As you wish, anon! From my concubine!AU’s last chapter! (which, at this point, is pretty much a warfic). Sidon loves Link very much and Link is a very sick Hylian who finds Sidon’s warmth absolutely lovely in the location where they are right now. Laruta, like Sidon, barely feels the cold in their tent and she loves Sidon really much in this AU (but not in a creepy way like in the original game).
Someday Link is going to fall for Sidon too, really.
Concubine!Au. As long as Link can make stupid comments like those Zelda won’t worry too much, at least. And, yeah, for those first months Link was really, really happy to have Sidon around all the time. I’m glad their relationship is finally starting to improve, 14 chapters in...

Sidon’s tail slowly slowed down until it stopped wagging. Link’s expression didn’t change at all as the prince spoke, not even his ears gave any kind of indication about his thoughts,
At least the soldier wasn’t yelling at him? On the other hand perhaps it wasn’t a good thing, Link only went silent when he was truly pissed. There was a long moment of silence then he threw his hands up with irritation.
“Fine! Let’s do it your way!”
“Kid...”
“What?”
“It’s not too bad of a plan even if I see some flaws.” That... what? VICTORY? Coming from Mr. Stick in the ass it was already a big compliment to get. “But you forgot one very important thing.”
“And that would be...?”
“I can’t breathe underwater...”

Link is playing Laruto’s lament (Just listen to this wonderful cover!) and glaring in Viri’s direction without taking his eyes off the elder zora. Let’s face it, even in that moment Link is more than ready to jump and fight, he’s a wary, angry man...
Sidon on the other hand is... “Woah.”. The little fury can actually do something that’s... nice? Sidon is starting to fall for the little warrior and doesn’t even realize it.
