Got another SFM x Strangers fusion comin’ at ya -- Condroni x Dr. Habit!

Condroni are creatures covered in eye markings, usually found high above the ground in places such as cell phone towers and skyscrapers. They can process and distort/mess with any sort of communication signal in their vicinity, i.e. cellular networks, television, etc.They have a special effect where their presence calms down people who approach them, though very rarely this effect causes panic and fear instead.

A very rare few of them are also able to cause degeneration of the brain, referred to as Emperor Condroni. Hopefully, Stranger-Habit isn’t one of those :-)
