How to apply MAGNETIC EYELASHES? ⤑ Apply the magnetic eyeliner as you normally would. For extreme hold, apply a second coat. (Wait 2 more minutes for the eyeliner to dry.) ⤑Wait about 2-3 minutes for the eyeliner to dry. The eyelashes won’t attach to the wet liner. ⤑ Starting at the inner corner, gently hold the lashes to your eye. The lash will “snap” to the magnetic liner. Place the rest of the lash on the liner. ⤑When you are happy with the placement, lightly press the lash to set it.
