I don’t know what to do because my parents aren’t letting me wear my ‘binder’ anymore and they said they don’t care that I’m uncomfortable without it and stuff. first, i’m a bit confused as to why binder is in quotations - it is a home made binder?
now, if your parents say you can’t wear your binder anymore, maybe find ways to wear it when you’re not around them. take it to school, put it on there, and take it off before you head home. wear it when home alone, if you’d like. wear it when out with a friend.
and when around your parents, wear sports bras. double up, buy compression bras, and loose shirts. you’ll find ways to be more comfortable!
