5/2024. These mostly speak for themselves. The 2 wampum pieces were spectacular and longer than shown. The brick building is Congress Hall where the congress met the first 10 years. (1790-1800).

A colonial dandy

Haley (age 10-12) and I had a 4 hr layover on out way to grandma in SC. We saw the liberty bell, Congress Hall, and a horse drawn carriage tour. Old brick homes were saved from destroy by selling them to folks for a pittance with the agreement to bring them up to historical code. After 9/11 the bell was protected in a structure with glass. 😞
