Feeling so much energy in this world, it is overwhelming, trying to sort my true feelings from all those around me. Reasons why I’m distant in groups and also don’t hang out as spontaneously as I would before, I’d be completely trashed drunk off my ass thinking I was retreating from things, but it those terrible coping mechanism for so long, had almost killed me, but I’m collecting myself with trying and grounding to sort what’s going on collectively inside this mind. Also trying not to allow others negative beliefs of who I am/ used to be to drag me to the point of drowning.
