If you have ever experienced black magic done on you, which likely most of humanity has experienced in one form or another, you may have wondered how you can remove that or heal it, how can you avoid the outcome one not so heart centred psychic predicted for your life? Anything previously predicted can be changed through lifting vibes and growing your inner depth which allows for increased perception and frequencies. This in essence lengthens time and puts you on a different path which allows you to avoid the cataclysm from happening. Lengthened time allows you to gain missing perceptions which leads to you taking conscious steps higher and further, passing by the cataclysm that was designed to awaken you once again if you have not done the work yourself. In essence, you can avoid the sledge hammer on the head by increasing depth and frequencies. This allows for an easier transition from one dimension to another. The first few were easy as we could hitch a ride as Mother Earth was ascending. But after 5D, you can only move higher through resolving karmic repercussions and emotional and mental blocks. Deep inner work increases your depth and awareness which allows for solid steps into higher realms. It also makes it easier to go beyond the consciousness of love, the god consciousness. This will also help resolve anxiety, which triggers human hormones and causes a disconnect from Spirit and higher self, which will also stop you from remembering who you really are. There are a few methods to resolve anxiety and hormonal caused tensions that disconnect you from your true self. One of the methods is self work (Light; increase of depth) as described, another is working with frequencies (healing, reiki, increasing vibes) and a third is working with the incorruptible essences of Mother Earth (nature, essential oils..)
