I’d need a clearer photo of the spider to ID it! And yes, the other is a click beetle in Conoderus. Not sure I could narrow it down to a species just using one photo, though I’d lean towards it being a pasture wireworm.
Click Beetle (Conoderus bellus) in my backyard earlier this month. The larvae of this Click Beetle (known as wireworms) feed on tobacco plants, causing them to be a pest to farmers.
