me and Assumpta and THE ONE....THE ONLY....LOS CABALLOS SON THICC!!!!!!!!!!!
When a muse is mostly dormant but then their significant other is on the dash and they pop up like
The next morning after he arrived, Roque was acting nervously. He was chewing his lips, pacing, and stimming more than usual, and those were the signs that he wanted to tell something, but didn’t know how, or thought that he would break a secret if he told. Xavi was watching this for a while, then finally asked, “¿Qué?” His brother’s posture changed immediately from tension to relief, and he said, “Vianca ta equí.” It seemed to him that the last beat of his heart was too hard and too loud. “¿Equí?” “Na curiái.” And now he wanted to know everything.
Later this day he entered the bar Roque told him about, he wasn’t even sure that it was her shift, but he saw her immediately behind the counter. She barely changed in these years, and he felt again that his heart tried to escape his ribcage. He took a few deep breaths calming himself, walked to the counter, and took a seat on one of the stools. For another couple of minutes, he just watched her serving drinks to other customers, then, when she made a step in his direction he spoke. “Hola. Una cerveza, por favor.”

“Hmm... I could do this all evening.”
Music and dancing cheek to cheek with a a beautiful women in his arms - what more did a man need for Christmas?
So what if his parents were upset he was spending yet another holiday away from home, even now that he was free? He could have as many Christmases of that as he liked now but how often would he get to have the chance of a Christmas in Paris with Vianca in his arms?
His family would forgive him.
“Let’s do the same thing again tomorrow, huh?”

Her devious, snuggly scheme had paid off! A fair amount of pouted lips, batting her big, sad eyes up at her girlfriend... and, of course, lifting the blanket up with a soft yet exaggerated whine of, “ You’re just gonna leave me alone, all cold under here, by myself?? “
Success. A little wiggly dance of victory at Vianca’s relenting, and Page didn’t waste an instant in throwing her arms around the other woman and snuggling her face into her girlfriend’s chest. “ Hmmm, w a r m. “ she purred, not unlike an contented cat. There was absolutely no way Vianca was escaping now, that was for sure. The tiny medium was cozy, wrapped up in the arms of someone she loved to bits, and had no intention of moving for, at least, the next hour. Her blanket-y trap had paid off!

@conquistadoradelmar liked for a starter.
He’d tried to get his daughter to stay with his mother while he went to conduct ‘business’, but the four-year-old made the rules. And while it was against Finn’s better judgement, Clara had made it known she didn’t give a shit what her father thought. She was a Kelly, through and through. Bless the man who thought he could handle her.
Though, Finn thought that maybe having his daughter with him would be a bit less suspicious. Especially since he had a target on his back because people assumed he was a part of the IRA. So being seen with Clara in public wasn’t all that suspicious. Just a father and daughter going about their business.
This business, however, was not something he was sold on yet. Smuggling drugs. That could go sideways very quick. Look at how the United States was handling prohibition. And people there were looking for the next better thing. Cocaine. And alcohol seemed to be running rather dry here as businesses smuggled alcohol to America to make triple profit for the coveted liquids.
Grabbing his daughter’s hand when he pulled the door open of the pub. The man behind the counter motioning him along to the room he was to meet with this mystery woman. Holding tight to Clara, making her shoot him a small glare and flex her hand to escape her father’s grip as she stepped into the room and looked the woman over.
Finn raised a brow slightly, dropping Clara’s hand. “Yeh’ll forgive me, but I’m not sure what title I’m supposed to call yeh. Yeh look too haughty to respond to Madame and too... uh... classy to call lass. Seems I’ve come a bit underprepared.” He said easily. Based on her response was how he would gauge how carefully to respond and react to her. He was no stupid man, regardless of how the British labeled the Irish.
