So I saw the tigers being fed today (as you can tell from my previous posts). It's really sad that there are only 300 of these beautiful creatures left in the world. It's so tragic. The reason there are so few isn't just down to poaching, either. Their habitats are being destroyed by deforestation and an increase in palm oil farming. If a tiger gets close to a palm oil farm, the tiger is shot - when a week ago that would have been its habitat. Please make a stand against this, and help these gorgeous, majestic creatures survive, by finding alternatives to palm oil. It is used in foods, plastics and packaging. The easiest thing in the world to do is to check what it's in, and buy the palm oil free equivalent. And recycle anything you can. In the meantime, please watch and enjoy this beautiful creature!
